What You’ll Do:
- Sell, Sell, Sell: You’re not coming up with solutions – that’s what our customers do. The customer knows what they need. Your job is to break down their solution and provide the right products to meet their needs. Cameras? Black or white? How long is the house and how many cameras? Great, you’ll need 2 x boxes of cable too! …it’s not hard - you’ll make it even easier for them to buy.
- Moving Boxes: We’re not solution providers – we sell boxes. We’re here to help customers buy more of what they need every day – from us. It’s all about understanding the customer, knowing what works together, and driving more sales to each customer through a relationship.
- Build Strong Relationships: It’s all about becoming mates and asking the right questions. How do you do that? You spend time together and do stuff that mates do. We want you to take customers out for brekky, lunch and dinner. Take them to the footy, and the cricket. Go camping… pretty much anything the customers want to do.
- Skip the Unnecessary: No endless reports, no tedious meetings - just results. If your numbers are climbing, you are generally doing it right.
Telemarketing / Telesales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with prospects over the phone, understand their needs, and introduce them to our solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Secure meetings for the business development team with qualified leads.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Sales Support: Assist the business development team in tracking leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Senior Sales and 2IC
Your key responsibilities will include:
- 2IC responsibilities
- Counter Sales, telesales, quotes, sales orders and generally taking care of our customers.
- Building genuine relationships with customers
- Becoming an expert in our high-tech product range
- Helping to drive sales growth by being part of the engine room to service the customers day-to-day needs
This is a full-time permanent role based in Mount Waverley, VIC with the hours between 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Previous sales experience within a wholesale company - selling to trades (plumbing, electrical, timber, security or any wholesale industry that sells to trades people)
- Being able to multitask and flourish in a high-volume activity environment
- A proactive mindset – taking a reactive day and making it a proactive one.
- Strong admin skills, attention to detail and system-savvy
- You must be a confident people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
