Technical & Product Support
Your New Role:
- Technical Support: Provide support for alarm systems, access control, IP CCTV, intercoms, and IP camera systems
- Customer Engagement: Address technical enquiries and manage escalations from profit center locations across Australia
- Problem Solving: Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with manufacturers to deliver effective solutions
- Product Knowledge: Test and assess new products, creating detailed reports to improve product understanding
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead presentations and product demos. Maintain and enhance the technical knowledge base to support internal teams and customers
- Location: Full-time role based in Clayton South, with Monday to Friday hours
Warehouse Storeperson
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure customers get what they need, when they need it: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Stock management: Handle incoming and outgoing stock, maintain inventory levels, and keep shelves well-organised.
- Liaise with suppliers: Work with suppliers to manage stock deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Be adaptable: Get involved in customer service - pick up the phone, or jump on the front counter, when you see the need.

Technical and Sales Support
What You’ll Do:
- Become the go-to expert: Work with electronic security systems including access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and IP camera systems.
- Engage and support: Build strong rapport with customers, recommend tailored solutions, and offer pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Show the customer we care: Put them first in all circumstances.
- Lead customer success: Assist with system design, installation, troubleshooting, and warranty repairs, and help them achieve outcomes they didn’t realise were possible.
- Drive additional sales: Identify upsell opportunities and support the sales team at the trade counter.
- Own the process: Quote, process orders, and assist with stock control, packing, and other warehouse duties when needed.
